The content we bring to you is based on that experience and rooted in research.

Things get interesting when all of that is infused with improvisation techniques: people have to cooperate to be successful, creativity flows wildly and there will be a laugh or two. This makes people more open to learning and anxious to start applying their new skills to their job!

So we are not another theatre group that offers you "a fun day with improv", but professional business trainers who understand what you need. The fact that it's still fun, is a welcome side effect!

At first glance, there seems to be little resemblance between entertaining people on stage and being your professional self at work. But when you dig deeper, you can see that the only way to be successful on stage, is by being the best possible teamplayer with a big backpack of interpersonal skills. Apart from the match in skills, unavoidably there will be a lot of unexpected and funny outcomes during the session. No worries: we don't charge extra for the endorphine shots that you'll get from that!

First of all, the basic rules to improvisation are very simple, and with the right level of group safety you will make very big steps fast. There is no pressure at all to be original or hilarious with every action you take.

Furthermore, you are more creative than you think, and we'll help you tap into that creativity.

Absolutely not! Tilt - Improv Based Learning originated from a business background, and not from the theatre. We therefore know how to speak your language and know what it takes to get introduced in a new domain like improvisation. Improvisation is used as a means to an end and not as the end objective.

One of the huge benefits of working with improvisation, is that over time it significantly expands your comfort zone: when you are used to step in front of people without any idea what's going to happen next, imagine how easy it will become when you do have the luxury to actually prepare upfront!

In our sessions, we will of course very gradually get you going. For example, in some of our exercises, you can limit your participation to just 1 word!

That is fully up to you!
