About Tilt - Improv Based Learning
Tilt - Improv Based Learning was founded by Davy Caelen.
Davy has been working in various management positions in the international consulting world for 15 years after obtaining master diplomas in IT and Artificial Intelligence.
However, throughout his career, Davy's focus was rather on the people he worked with than on technology. Driven by the fascination for people development, he obtained certifications as professional trainer (HRD Academy) and Strengths Coach (Gallup) and built up experience as trainer in storytelling, core consulting skills and human centered collaboration, just to name a few.
In his spare time, you can find Davy training with The Lunatics, a well-established impro-comedy group that cofounded the Belgian improvisation scene.
Tilt - Improv Based Learning is the perfect marriage of all of the above: years of management experience, the love for improvisation and a passion for training and coaching.
